Oscar is where my journey with Belgian Laekenois began. We have learned so much together! Our journey began almost 12 years ago and with Oscar's willing and ready to learn anything attitude Oscar & I competed in conformation, obedience, and herding. We also trained in agility, but most importantly Oscar has been a loving companion for our whole family! My children grew up with and loved Oscar and now three of my children own Laekenois of their own.
Oscar is the father of 7 offspring in two litters including Cal Curly Coats Lil Miss Honky Tonk (Misty) , Cal Curly Coats Roxy Too (Roxy) and Cal Curly Coats Walk This Way (Izze).

Shepherds Dogmate Take Me Home aka Annie
Once my journey had begun with Belgian Laekenois, I was hooked! Three years after I fell in love with Oscar and after MUCH research my husband, Todd, my daughter, Jessica and I traveled to Holland and visited with the breeders of Shepheds Dogmate, Peter Hermans & Tovie Janssen. We were very impressed with their dogs & their dedication to the Laekenois. We were fortunate to bring home Shepherds Dogmate Take Me Home aka Annie. We also brought home a second female, Nobody Var Letsager aka Bella, but that is another story!
Annie has been a constant companion to my daughter, Jessica. Annie is the sweetest, most gentle dog you will ever meet and happily goes anywhere with us and will do anything you ask of her. She is the mother of the two litters we have had at Cal Curly Coats.

Nobody Var Letsager, aka Bella
Bella was brought home from Holland with my daughter, Jessica's "Annie". She was an awesome friend. She always had a lively, fun expression and would try anything. We miss her every day! 2/07/08 to 5/20/17
Dug-a-lug aka Dug
Dug is a great family dog with a goofy personality and belongs to my son and daughter in law Matthew and Amanda Teresi. He loves playing with their young children Lucca and Gianni, especially fetch. He is like "thumper" as his tail wags like crazy in the kennel cause he wants to play.
Shepherds Dogmate Alquin aka Ike
Our Lakenois family has continued to grow, two years ago I was extremely fortunate to add another Shepherds Dogmate puppy to our family! Shepherds Dogmate Alquin aka Ike is the son of Shepherds Dogmate Bugatti Veyron aka Thalys and Hoi Sil of the Border River aka Zidane. I love this pedigree and the social stability and good health it offers... Ike is very social and stable and willing to try anything! We have begun training this year in obedience, nosework, dock diving and herding! it is awesome to have a dog that gives his all to whatever I ask of him!

Lil' Miss Honky Tonk aka Misty
Cal Curly Coats Lil' Miss Honky Tonk aka Misty is very sweet, intelligent and willing to please. Misty loves to be with her owner Jessica Teresi. She loves to work livestock, work on agility course and go on whatever adventure Jessica is going on. She has a great coat that has to be pulled, she does not shed. She is an amazing companion!

Hammie is a great addition to Cal Curly Coats! Besides being adorable, Hamilton learns extremely quick, is very brave and his favorite place is at my feet! We are having SO much fun together!
